At Swanscrystal, every piece of jewelry is packaged with care and shipped securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and related terms.
1. Shipping Coverage
Swanscrystal offers worldwide shipping from our main distribution centers.
If your location is not available during checkout, please contact our Customer Service team at info@swanscrystal.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier information.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and regional postal services to provide secure and reliable delivery.
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (free on all orders).
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (optional upgrade available at checkout).
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, local customs processing, or unexpected courier delays.
4. Free Shipping Policy
Swanscrystal proudly offers Free Worldwide Shipping on all online orders.
For customers who prefer faster delivery, express options are available for an additional charge, clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Packaging and Handling
Each Swanscrystal piece is carefully wrapped in protective packaging and placed in our signature jewelry box to ensure safe delivery.
All shipments include order documentation but exclude pricing details for gift orders when specified by the customer.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.
If your tracking information is not updated within 48 hours, please contact info@swanscrystal.com for assistance.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Swanscrystal has no control over these fees, as they vary by country and import regulations.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed; in such cases, Swanscrystal cannot issue a refund.
8. Delivery and Signature
For security reasons, all deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
If you are unavailable, your local courier will leave a notice or attempt re-delivery.
Swanscrystal is not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries, incorrect shipping information, or customs clearance.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, Swanscrystal is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
We will notify you promptly if such circumstances occur and assist in resolving the issue.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery date).
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item (if applicable).
We will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the case, arrange a replacement or full refund.
11. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled before shipping only.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
- To cancel or update your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@swanscrystal.com with your order number.
12. Failed Delivery or Return to Sender
If a package is returned to Swanscrystal due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay customs fees, we will notify you.
Re-shipping fees may apply, or a refund may be issued (minus shipping and handling costs).
13. Multiple Shipments
In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to availability or packaging requirements.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, and no additional charges will apply.
14. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and ensure safe receipt of your order.
Swanscrystal cannot be held liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses or unauthorized recipients.
