Swanscrystal Return Policy

At Swanscrystal, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns under the following conditions.
1. General Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, certificates, and accessories included.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
- All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team via info@swanscrystal.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
- For your protection, use a trackable and insured shipping method. Swanscrystal is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or a wrong item was sent.
- If your return is due to a Swanscrystal error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping fee.
4. Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days for funds to appear in your account.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@swanscrystal.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
Swanscrystal does not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order through our website.
7. Gifts and Promotional Items
- Gift purchases are eligible for return only by the original purchaser.
- Promotional or complimentary gifts included in your order must also be returned in their original condition.
- Partial returns from bundled or discounted sets may affect the applied discount amount.
8. Return Inspection Criteria
All returned items are carefully inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item:
- Has been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Is missing original packaging or certificates.
- Shows evidence of improper handling or use.
